I performed a correlation analysis between three high school level Project Lead The Way (PLTW) classes’ End of the Course (EOC) assessments and the state level data of the 2014-15 and 2015-16 scores for reading, mathematics, and science of the Iowa Assessments. The implication of findings did not identify any statistically significant differences in achievement of students based on grade level or gender. The results of the correlation analysis showed a positive relationship between the PLTW EOC scores and science change score (r = .30, p = .008).
