In the business world, customers determine what products and services are offered. Through the mindset of customer experience methodology, we can delve deeper into the experiences our students have from the time they board the bus. Too often we deflect our prior experience as what the students need and want. In an ever-changing world, we need to develop an appropriation for customer experience and respect opinions that challenge our current status quo, and take this into account for improvement initiatives.
